Try taking a 20-30 minute walk like an hour or 2 before bed. I'm just starting week 11 abs have been doing walls everynight since week 9 and it really helped get more sleep. I also start drinking less at about 6 or 7pm because i was getting up every hour to pee

Insomnia is common in pregnancy. Make sure you are shutting down before bed.... No tv or phones at least 30 minutes before bed. Yoga stretches can also help with sleep. If can take naps during the day too, try.
I haven't really found a great solution but those help
