Small Vomit

This sounds so disgusting, but I just threw up a little bit in my mouth and swallowed it back in from choking from it. It was so unexpected. I am 36 weeks pregnant and I don't have any real explanation how this happened. I dont grt morning sickness, and I've never thrown up throughout this pregnancy.... I don't even feel sick!  Should I be concerned? Did I just eat something I shouldn't have (I had only mac n cheese and French onion soup prior to this).

If I was just a little bit in your mouth most likely it was just a bit of acid reflux. That's why you weren't feeling sick when it happened. I never had morning sickness throughout my whole pregnancy but have had a few bouts of reflux ever since I hit about 34 weeks.

I do that every once in a while even when not pregnant.  Who knows why but not a major concern.

I was sick entering my 3rd trimester and same as u never have been sick prior during pregnancies (3rd baby now) I wasn't feeling Ill and haven't puked again so I chalked it off as limited room in belly and I ate a but too much or I ate something that baby didn't agree with. I think I'd be more concerned if there were flu like symptoms that went a long with it

It might just be reflux. Try taking some zantac. Helped me with my morning sickness. I used to vomit very suddenly and zantac works like a miracle.

In third trimester I've heard morning sickness can return, hopefully for you it was just 1 time. I did the same thing yesterday (38wks) let's hope no more if that!
