Sneeze & Pee
So... That just happened. I do kegals sometimes... Like a few days a week. Should I be doing more? Lol squirting while sneezing has definitely never happened to me before now.tmi... Sorry. Haha
Definitely keep up your pelvic floor exercises cos it's only going to get worse as we age (unfortunately!). Definitely wear pads, and my midwife told me to try and "train" my muscles a bit more. The muscles are automatically programmed to contract and squeeze BEFORE a sneeze, but in pregnancy everything loosens up... so consciously squeeze BEFORE you sneeze, when u feel that little tingle in your nose!!! Definitely helps!
This just happened to me too! Thankfully I was at home. I sneeze in twos. After first one I headed for tissue in bathroom where second sneeze sent it right out my shorts! So glad I was already over tile too. It has never happened before (this is baby #2) now I'm so nervous it will happen again and what if I'm at work. Agh!
I am 26 weeks and 2 days and having issues with "squirting" too. Never had this problem with my first baby.

Baby is just completely sitting on my bladder it feels. I always feel like I have a full bladder or the urge to use the restroom. Only 2 more weeks though!! Unless he decides to show up early which is fine by me!
I have done it coughing with this cold I have, throwing up and when I sneezed....unfortunately....it happens lol my fiance laughs at me...then tells me its cute. Yeah not so much.....
Well, embarrassing as it is... Glad I'm not alone. Lol so so weird though.
I have had that happen a lot this pregnancy. Sometimes I didnt even do anything but move a little to have it happen. Last couple weeks it stopped tho. Hoping it doesn't start happening again lol.
I sneezed one time with my son at a restaurant and peed myself in the booth :/
Lol it is embarrassing and uncomfortable.... I had it bad with this pregnancy and I'm only 12 weeks.. When I would throw up I would " squirt" a lil too..its normal u never know when it will happen I suggest wearing pantyliners
