Sniffling, sneezing!

I don't feel like I have a cold, but I've also never had allergies before. I am 14 weeks and am sneezing tons every day, along with waking up stuffy and all day sniffles. I know this can be common, but does anyone have some tips on how to reduce the congestion?

You can try a nasal saline rinse a couple of times a day. It's gross but the salt dries up your nasal passages, at least for a couple of hours. Works like a charm when you have a cold.

I was so glad when I got the video on this app yesterday, I am 15 weeks now and since week 7 I have been sneezing and have the stuffiest nose ever. This app days that it is all due to hormones and might last the whole pregnancy, I have no idea why people don't talk about this more, I had no idea about this. I've tried everything and nothing works unfortunately, it helps knowing that's just hormones since I've never suffered from allergies before in my life.

I have been feeling like that too, my doctor me to take claritin and I know it's allergies because I usually get this around this time of the year. But am 8 weeks now so I rather suffer through it then take any medication for it that I don't know if it's totally safe for my baby.
