I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I feel like im in my period besides cramping my lower back hurts alot
I had that too. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and try a snack. If you feel dizzy take a seat and rest a few minutes,don't try to push through it. Feel better!
I've been like that through out my pregnancy and I'm now 33 weeks. Just a normal sign. My mw said eat little and often and drink lots of fluids. try avoiding caffeine as this just gives you boosts and is worse when it wears off xx
Dizziness is a symptom..may b u can check ur bp also
