What to pack for a c section?

&How long will they keep me

My best advise is to make sure that you have good underwear. They give you net panties but depending on which hospital you may one get one pair (that happens to me.) You will want underwear that either comes above where the incision will be or below. I ended up wearing low maternity undies. Same with whatever clothing you pack, you should avoid anything that it tight or will rub on the incision.

3-5 is the normal. I was let out on my 3rd day with my first. Bring some comfy low rising sweats. Nursing tank and nursing pillow for sure if you are breastfeeding.  Think that was was all I really used. The nursing pillow I left on my stomach just because it helped when I tried to sit up or move.

my hospital they kep you for 3-5 days following a section.  the paper work i got said 48 hrs for a normal birth but i know people have been sent home after 24hrs

it all depends on your body and how you recover

Call the hospital to see what they provide first then back off that but make sure you get comfortable stuff 3-4 days
