Hi iam 25 weeks and 4 days iam just wondering what are braxton hicks and how they feel like
Not everyone feels them. I'm having my third son and I'm 28 weeks. I've never felt them with my.last two boys. This time I started feeling them around 18 weeks and have them pretty consistent.

Drink lots of water. Being dehydrated can cause them to be more intense and even preterm labor. It's ok to have them occasionally but if they feel more frequent like actual labor then you should tell your doctor.

Usually they do not hurt you just feeel tightening in part of your stomach
