So stressed out

in 29+6 and constantly worried about the baby, always thinking "has she moved enough today" "have I eaten enough" it's all the time, I don't know what to do to chill out, I am so ready for her to be here now!

I agree I always tell people not to google but I always do :/ she's moving loads which is obviously a good sign? I hope? I live in the UK and thinks it's so odd we don't have any scans after 20 weeks I hate that

Ive been worried since I found out I was pregnant. I dont think its ever going to ease up. We want to do everything right for the little ones inside of us. My one true saving grace is speaking to the older generations of women and knowing all the stuff they ate ( that we arent supposed too) and the stuff they did and how prenatal vitamins werent a thing and how their babies turned out just fine. Im a firm believer that Dr Google this day in age is the worst thing ever we all go there to do research or whatever and it only puts more fear in our minds instead of helping us!

I'm the same way and I'm only 15 weeks. I think my next app will put my mind at more ease when I get to hear the heart beat. Going to beg for another ultra sound to find out gender lol.
