Sodas

I know that if you are going to drink soda during pregnancy they prefer you drink caffeine free. I don't have a problem with that but I prefer Sprite Zero, is that as safe as regular. I have always heard to stay away from diet drinks but don't know how much truth there is in that.

I drink waist watchers, its diet soda and there's no caffeine or aspartame ( that's why Drs don't like you drinking anything diet ) and it also is sugar free. There's orange, root beer, black cherry....so good!

Its all about moderation hun. But if they worry about the artificial sweetners in diet coke, I'd worry about zero pops too. Cause they are newer and the sweetners in them haven't been studied enough. You're probably better off with regular, or just caffeine free.

I drink regular soda and also did so with my first. The only thing about soda I know of is to watch your caffeine intake and keep it under 200 mg/day, which I do.

No diet soda because it contains aspartame which can harm the baby! But I drank regular soda during my pregnancy, even containing caffeine.  Had baby 3days ago and he's perfect :)
