Soft cheese

Girls tomorrow i am entering 3rd trimester. last night i had some dumplings (just 2)mixed with home made cottage cheese from pasteurised milk.  The dumplings were cooked in boiling water. I know when pregnant we should avoid a soft cheese  I normaly  do but I had two dumplings without thinking.  Did any of you had a soft cheese accidentally? Cool that hurt the baby?

Either u got Listeria or u didn't.. The chances of it is very very small its just not recommended to eat unpasteurized cheese because if you DID get it it can hurt the baby.. If think u would know if u had it by now
Same goes for deli meat

Pasturized cheese is fine. I have eaten goat cheese at least two to three times a month this whole pregnancy. 40 weeks Christmas day and baby is just fine :-)
