Some advice plz

Hi there im 38+3 weeks pregnant on friday i was having contractions that were 2 minutes apart and lasting over a minute got the midwifes to come out as im having a home birth the gave me an inturnel. Told me cervix is soft and that i was 1 cm dilated they also said if i didnt have her that night it would be very soon now im getting stomach aches now does anyone know what that is

I know lol i did some star jumps and my stomach started tightening

Well if it happens theres no stopping it. Bounce on a birthing ball if you have one. Lets hope you meet your baby soon xx

Thank u yeah im trying to walk loads just a bit scared goin to far incase anything happens

Could be early signs of labour. If the contractions are coming and going in a frequent pattern then this could be it. Keep active. Gravity works wonders x
