I m 27 weeks n 4 days... my boobs are getting big day by day and wont stop hurting. ..either. ..I can wear bra at night which helps with pain.....
Heat, massage and not to be so detailed but a good not to hard suck of the whole nipple and most areola relieves the pain and achyness for me.
Hi. I am 10+1wks today with my second baby. I've not experienced sore breasts this time round- could be because I always have an exercise bra on. My first pregnancy, I had such pain in my breasts. It hurt to get out of bed and make sudden movements. I bought some exercise bras and walaaaaa. No more pain
My nipples are supper sore and sensitive there's no way I want those touched. But even before pregnancy I didn't like them touched or sucked bc they always have a raw feeling but there's never been anything wrong with them. Idk its weird
im 25w and it only gets worse. mine have gone up 2 almost 3 sizes. my best friend really is my heating pad and a hot shower.
Take a bath and let them float awhile. Buy yourself a comfortable bra. One that's supportive without wires or extra padding. When you lay down, lay on your side and hug a pillow to put distance between them. That always helped me. I was top heavy before my first child. They disappeared for the most part, so with this pregnancy they're a little more tender cause I'm growing more than I had in the past couple years. I have 3 bras that I wear, ignoring my others.
I'm loving the boob growth with this pregnancy lol. I've always been small chested and they barely grew with my last three pregnancy but for some reason they decided to grow this time. I'm like yay finally grown up boobs lol. Anyhow what helped me was a snug sports bra. Some reason the constant pressure on them keeps them from hurting. Avoiding underwires helps too.
Haha I'm with you, wishes! I'm a 34 b normally. They grew after I gave birth with my son snd then shrank smaller than normal. Ugh lol I'd say now I'm a small c. Ill have to try the sports bra. I remember wearing one with my son (6 years ago) when I went to bed. Maybe I should do thst again
I'm 24 weeks and have went from a size 36 C/D to about a 38 E. I wear a sports or sleeping bra... the lack of movement seems to ease some of the discomfort.
