Sore Throat...help!
Hey ladies, I feel my throat becoming sore. What can I take or do to help with my sore throat?
My dr just told me tylenol sinus relief n dayquil NOT Nyquil because Nyquil has alcohol to put u to sleep and we shouldn't consume alcohol
Tylenol, throat lozenges, hot tea auth honey and lemon , salt water gargle. Feel better
Bragg's apple cider vinegar hot drink works every time! You can google it.
