I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I get cramps mostly in the middle of the night when I'm in bed. Sometimes it's full blown period cramps and sometimes it's dull. I don't have any spotting. I heard it's just the uterus expanding.

I get cramps in the morning.  I feel exhausted each day at various times.  My Boyfriend just does not sympathize with me. He says oh your always tired or you always don't feel good. Any other ladies get this response also ???

Ty ladies. I'm 10 weeks +2 today and Dr says cramping is normal and that as long as I'm not spotting or bleeding there's nothing to worry about but the cramps have been like full blown period cramps the last 2 days. Im going for an ultrasound tomorrow (Thursday) just to have an update on the baby. I just wanted to see if any other woman have or do face cramping.
