You possibly need to drink more water. However there are other things that can cause your headaches like hormones or anemia. You're allowed to take 1000 mg of tylenol at a time, but you cannot exceed 4000 mg in a day. My headaches were coming every day and Tylenol wasn't working so my doctor prescribed me fioricet.

I am 9+5 days and I have severe headaches also. As soon as they start take two extra strength Tylenol and drink caffeine. That usually works for me.
