Still cramping...

So I posted yesterday about having cramps and lower back pain. I talked to my ob last night and she said to drink water and lay on my side. I did this and tried to sleep with not much luck.. I didn't sleep well last night. I had cramps off and on but not as often. Then in the morning my hands and feet were swollen and I felt lots of pressure in my pelvis. I figured the pressure was just the baby Ina new position, I'm 25 weeks. So for most of today I've just had the pressure feeling. Then I decided to take a shower and I had cramps the entire time I was in there. When I got out they stopped but now my back hurts. Anyone else experience this?

Do not take ibuprofen.  Double check just by calling the office. Tylonal can be aspirin free and is what youre supposed to take.  Excedrin is what has aspirin in it..

My doctor told me pregnant women are not supposed to take tylenol while pregnant! To take ibuprofen. Tylenol is asprin and it thins out the blood. If u go in to labor it makes it harder for your blood to clot and u can bleed out! I would try ibuprofen not tylenol!

It could be a few things at 25 weeks the body starts practicing Braxton hicks and you can also be having round ligament pain from baby moving and growing. Taking a warm shower might actually make it worst because hot water dilated the blood vessels and relax back muscle which can make u contract. I had the same symptom s at 21 weeks . You can take up to 1000mg of Tylenol every 6-8 hrs also try lay I laying down but elevating your pelvis with a pillow.
