Eating Ham and Philly Cheese??
Please help!! What is the rule related to eating Ham- like cooked Ham to put in a sandwich? And also is Philly Cheese allowed? 6 weeks pregnant.
Cream cheese is fine. The advice re cold meat is to heat it first to avoid the risk of listeria.
