Stomach issues

I'm a ftm almost 5 weeks. I had my first share of nausea yesterday, couldn't eat much all day.. it kind of became better and then worse again at night.. haven't slept much at night.. in the morning the nausea is gone but I feel my stomach to be very very full..it's not very painful but very discomfort.. all I can do is lie down on my back with my head high.. my back is also hurting a bit.. I feel it's also partial constipation.. any suggestions about making it better?? I feel miserable since yesterday and have lots to do for school.. please help.. and my legs hurt terribly too.

All so they do make pregnancy pops that you can order off line or most pregnancy stores sell them. They help with the nausea so maybe you can find them & try them out.

Congratulations 1st off & I know how you feel. This is my 2nd pregnancy & I was so nauseous with in the beginning with this baby. I had the same problem with feeling kind of constipated & my whole body hurting.  The only thing that helped that was making sure a lease I stay hydrated & I know it's hard. Water made me feel even worse so dr. had me drink gator Ade either the yellow or orange flavor he said the dye in the other ones can make you feel more nauseous.  I just had a glass next to me all the time & I just sipped on it & that made the constipation better & the achy feeling. I hope this helps & I hope you feel better soon.
