Stomach pains .. ???? Help?
I'm 34 weeks , I woke up with a lot of stomach pain which felt like gas so used the bathroom & did a bowel movement ... But the stomach pain still won't go away .. I feel it on my abdominal and back .. Could it be contractions also? I need help

It could be contractions! I would call the doctor or go to the ER and get checked! Could be pre~term labor!!!! Regardless, it's better safe than sorry! Good luck, keep updating!!
