Stretch Marks

So I'm just curious if anyone has had any luck with any of the stretch mark creams or oils.  I'm pregnant with my third and have pretty significant stretch marks from my first two.  I know I can't completely get rid of them, just don't want them to get any worse (if possible).  Given its been 3 years since my last, but they're definitely still there.  Just want to know if anyone has had luck preventing them from getting any worse?  Thank u in advance.

I forgot to mention, you can find the cocoa butter at Walmart or anywhere really. I got the "stretch mark" kind. But the regular works just as good. And inexpensive. :)

I use cocoa butter body lotion. And it's prevented any new stretch marks so far. I'm 30 weeks with my second. I got them.really bad the first time on.my stomach. Even tho.I did use it everyday with my 1st. If you're going to get em, you're going to get em. No preventing it. That's what my doctor told me. They're hereditary. But luckily you can help prevent them from getting worse! I've gotten not 1 so far! And it keeps your belly nice n lubricated thru out the whole day too. So.you won't get itchy! I love it and definitely recommend it! :) Good luck!

Pregnant with 2nd child. I have been using bio oil and Johnsons baby lotion when I get itchy. Mine have stayed the same. I was terrified they would get worse than what I had them from my first pregnancy. But bio oil helped reduce the redness of the first ones.

I have a few on my hips some from before being pregnant and a few since. I started using this body butter from motherhood maternity store called sanctuary spa. It has collagen boosting ingredients. I haven't gotten any new ones so let's hope it stays that way.

I tried vitamin e and coco butter and several creams specifically for stretch marks but none of the worked for me. I bought a bottle of St. Ives lotion with collagen and elastin just on a whim out of the regular body lotion isle at walmart and it worked wonders! At the time I had red stretch marks on my hips from my first baby and my belly was stretching so bad from my second that i literally looked like my skin was about to rip. After just a couple days all the redness was gone and the marks stopped growing! I've continued using it ever since then and with my third pregnancy i didn't get a single new stretch mark! I'm pregnant with baby four now and not concerned at all bc I use my St. Ives collagen and elastin every day after my shower. It's not expensive either.

I had seen some vitamin e oil in a bottle for cheap & thought about buying it but figured I would research it before spending money on it.  I had found a website where a Dr. had said some had gotten contact dermatitis (?) from using it for a prolonged period of time.  Do you think maybe the capsules would be different than the oil?

buy vitamin e in the gel capsules ... like the vitamin e you would take orally ... and take a needle and poke a small hole in the capsule and use the oil from inside on your stretch marks ... if you've ever heard of mederma for scars that is basically what it is expect it cost 20-25 $ a tube and vitamin e is fairly cheap ... I used it on a scar I had from getting 9 stitches snd its faded significantly ... I plan to use it on my tummy after my baby boy gets here ... hope that helps :)
