dialating question
is there a way to know if your dialting without going in...ive been to l&d twice npw and sent home bc i wasnt making progress...the next time.this happens id love to save a trip and avoid being sent home if i could know myself...any suggestions??
Agree with above, have someone you feel comfortable with check you, like your hubby. I think each finger is a cm or 2 so if he can fit one or two fingers thru your cervix then that's how many cm's your dialated. (I could be wrong) I agree with googling how to check it.

You could check your own cervix it feels like oickerd lips but if you don't know where it is could be tricky
