Suggestions for nausea and vomiting please!

I am 9 weeks pregnant, and overjoyed about it, but I have "morning sickness" 24 hours a day.  As the weeks pass, it just gets worse.  I am already taking Zofran, getting plenty of rest, and keeping down what I can (not much).  I have already been to the ER for fluids and I.V. Zofran.  Am I alone?  Or is this more common than I realize?  Any suggestions or motivating thoughts? I would really appreciate it!

They say vitamin b6 really helps. It helped me a little but I am dealing with a hernia too so being completely uncomfortable has become the norm. I have also heard if you keep a lemon at your bedside and when you wake up squeeze a few drops in your mouth. Hope something works for you. Feeling like that is absolutely horrible.

Yes this is a very common thing... My first pregnancy I was sick for 4 months straight I was so miserable. This time around it only lasted 2 months. What truly worked for me a lot was drinking hot lemon and ginger tea n eating soup at times so I can put something in my stomach n eating saltines crackers worked a little. I also try Apple cider vinegar it may sound a little crazy but it worked for me. I did 2 tsp spoons of the apple cider vinegar n 1 table spoon of 100% pure honey mix with some water n I will sip on it threw out the day n it started helping with my morning sickness. Hopefully these tips will for u n I hope u feel better:-)

You're anything but alone! There is a name for extreme morning sickness. Hyper-emisses. (I'm sure I butchered that Lol) Try small amounts of something sour. Like when it is bad a couple of spoonfuls of dill pickle juice. This has always helped me.
