Swelling

I am 14 weeks My face has gotten extremely fat. Is there anything I can do to reduce swelling. Am I not drinking enough water or needing to reduce my sodium intake. I thought swelling usually occured later in pregnancy... Help.

I've had only one headache. I am going to have my mother start checking my blood pressure everyday.

I would checknyour blood pressure. It could be a sign of preeclampsia. Usually does show up later in pregnancy but can happen earlier. Or call your doctor especially if you are feeling faint have a headache that won't go away with Tylenol or Seeing spots.
