Compression socks! My feet would swell and be in some serious pain as well with my first LO. Compression socks on 24/7 basically lol my husband would rub my feet up to my knees to help while I had the socks on and right before I'd fall asleep he'd slip them off. It was like a huge blood flow relief. But he'd have to get them back on me before he left to work and before I'd start getting up and moving around other wise I'd be even more swollen then before. Epson salt feet/leg baths helped a bit too. But not so much. Good luck!

My feet got that way when I was pregnant with my 1st daughter. There was too much I could do. I propped them up, drank lots of water, and my husband would rub them. The mornings they would feel good but by the end of the day oh they would hurt. I never got relief until I had her but in the hospital they shrunk real quick. So there is an upside;)

Get someone to rub your feet ankles and legs. My hubby rubs my feet most nights up towards my knees. Really helps. MW checks blood pressure every appt.
Just make sure you're drinking enough water as well as elevating
It's usually normal, as long as they are checking your blood pressure it's normal.
