I've tryed everything too keep my ankles and feet down , and nothing .. I've tryed elevation, drinking water, compress, and still nothing :( but my legs ankles and feet just became real swollen like 3 days ago :/ so I'm just guessing it's water weight and I'll loss it when I give birth
Sleep with ur legs elevated..say wd two pillows..take rest..lie down..dats wat ive been adviced by my obg due to my severe oedema..dnt sit or stand fr too long.more oedema cud indicate hypertension..
