legs hurt

This occurs while I'm asleep......it cramps up behind the knee area. Feels like circulation is cutting off so I usually just stretch but it doesn't help that much....any suggestions?

Bananas and cucumbers are both good sources of potassium. Water and Gatorade will help too. Ask your significant other for leg rubs!

Leg Cramps are normal during pregnancy and the feeling of your legs being restless or tingly. Try taking a hot bath before bed to help relax your muscles. That usually helps me.

You might not be getting enough potassium and salt in your diet. Eat bananas, drink lots of water and some Gatorade before bed might help as well cause of the electrolytes in it.
