I'm 34 weeks, and my feet get really bad. But, I work and walk to and from said work everyday, so its expected. Sometimes they swell so much my shoes dont fit. Just elivate your feet, drink lots of water, and put an ice pack on them. Or soak them in an epsom salt bath. That usually helps me. :)

Lay down with legs up above ur heart like lay on sofa with legs on sofa arm and some pillows also avoid salt and I was also told to drink lots of liquid by my midwife. Still get checked by midwife or doctor :) I had really swollen legs and ankles since 4 months had to stop work im now nearly 8! I feel ya!

Its normal to swell. Let your dr know and they will check for preeclampsia.
