Swollen feet :(

I am 37 weeks and since yesterday my feet are REALLY swollen and wont go away :( is this normal??

Yes my feet and hands have been swollen and yesterday my feet went down and my hands were swelling. The doctor told me to wear tight socks and elevate my feet and have ice packs or cool water over them. That should help

Yes is normal cuz with my first bb they swelled up pretty bad so i would prop they up n eventually the swelling went down!

As @pirateswife said, elevate your feet (it's best to have them raised past your heart), watch your sodium intake, drink plenty of water and wearing either long socks or pantyhose really helps. I had that same problem and wore long socks night and day and within a couple of days the swelling went down tremendously. Good luck and best wishes!

Completely normal. I usually have skinny feet and now my flip flops are leaving indents on my feet. Prop your feet up as often as you can, but if you eat a lot of salt it will make it worse.
