TMI- bloody poop

Hey Ladies,
I have has a hard time in the bathroom and quite recently started noticing blood. I made sure it was from the front but has anyone else had the same problem? Is it normal?

Yes, its normal. Try to drink more water and eat more fiber and you will be fine.

It was bright red and stopped after a few minutes. It was only a little.

Is it bright red or do you have black stool? Black stool means you are bleed internally and need to get in asap. If its bright red its because it was either to big and hard or you pushed really hard to get it out. If its that start drinking extra water and prune juice, something that will help losen your stool.

If you have bee  having trouble you prob have a hemeroid and that would be causing a little blood. If its a lot the  get yourself to the er
