You and they have online classes you can take all on charting, as well as chart galleries so you can look at others charts!

I used bbt, that's how I found out I O'd late and have a short leutal phase! 100% suggest using Fertility Friend. I bought the one year membership half off, they have specials all the time, and it keeps track of everything! And they have a mobile app and a website so its very convienient and a wonderful community of women on there! And of you buy the membership you can suspend your account, so if you get pregnant,  you can save your membership for when your ready for the next one. Or if you are using NFP!

i think u have seen mine but here it is,i do mine every morning , use to be orally then changed to vaginally march of this year.
