I'm 38+4 and I've been having contractions for the past 3 days.. I can't go to the ER cause theyre too far apart but the past 2 days my body has been rejecting food and water.. Is this a sign that I'm going into labor. What should I do?

Yeah if you Can't keep anything down call them. With my first Muir was.oiling and had diharea for 3 days before I went in and they had to break my water
