Tingly arms

I've found that my arms go numb at night while I sleep.  Now they are just tingly throughout the day. Has this ever happened to anyone? I have googled some info.  I've had a stressful week at work and just wanted to know if that could cause it.

I notice that happening when I lay on my right side for a while. If so, could be because the weight of the baby putting weight on your liver and blocking the blood flow from major vein/artery.

Happened to me asked doctor and she said because the baby's size and pushing on nerves and also because of the extra fluid... My arms did that for about a month but then I guess baby got bigger and didn't hit that nerve anymore. Just wait it out

Happened to me too, but it was only when I would sleep on the couch. I couldn't get comfortable in the bed , so I slept on the couch for a good 2 months and it happened most nights. Now I found a comfy position in bed that includes LOTS of pillows. Try propping yourself up more with pillows to prevent arms falling asleep...it's the best solution I've found

Mine to I have to have my husband massage my shoulder blades from always sleeping on my side. I also have him massage my feet which helps my legs. I hope it helps you to.

The other day I was just sitting down waiting at bank and my left leg was falling asleep and it felt heavy. But it went away 15 mnts later.
I don't even care about new discomforts anymore. Sometime ago I accepted that pregnancy is a battle. It's too much I'll just let nature do its thing.
