Tinnitus

How can I make it stop? I've got a constant ringing in my right ear. It hurts, it makes my head hurt, and I can't sleep. Anyone know how to fix this? Never had it before this point in my pregnancy.

I hope its not permanent.  I hate living with it outside of pregnancy. It gets to the point sometimes to where I get a huge headache :(

It might just be a pregnancy symptom, I haven't had it before now, but I just wondered what exactly made it come about. If I could stop that I could hopefully stop the ringing.

I am a veteran and I have lived with it for a few years now. I think there are special devices that will stoo the tinnitus. I dont have one because basically all it does it cover up the ringing sound with another sound. Is this just a pregnancy symptom? It may go away.
I just always try to ignore it or try and pop my ears sometimes that works
