Hey folks, any tips to battle fatigue and nausea at work? It's a challenge every afternoon just to focus on my computer screen. Thanks!

Thanks ladies. Much appreciated! I'll try this. It's hard to eat when you're feeling nauseous but if it works, it works!

The best I could do is eat regularily. I often had grapes, apples or oranges to munch on all day. Plus cheese and crackers when it was at its worst. Juices were great. If I had to get through a meeting without food, I popped mints or ******* pops repetitively. None of it was great but it got me through the worst.

I found lemon water (fresh slices in my water) helped me a lot and having frequent protein snacks like nuts or cheese helped me a lot. If you're extra tired the extra protein helps a little with that too also it's okay to have a little coffee or something. When I worked at a daycare my OB actually told me to ha e a second cup of coffee to help me keep going.
