Horrmones changes can cause all of that. Your early in and things will keep changing.  When constipated I would say drink more water, exercise help me to get things flowing.  As for when things were flowing too much I have no idea it just didn't last to long. Sorry it just one of the joys of pregnancy.

I had the same issue early in pregnancy. I hadn't pooped for 3 days and was soo sick. Finally I ate some really greasy food and pooped a couple hours later. Your digestion slows down so it can give optimal food/nutrients to your baby.

Dear, its a mixed of stress and hormones haha...and your hormones are making it hard for your digestive system to function...it will get really sluggish...you will experience more bloat, gas, indigestion, heartburn...you name it. I have been there, and im just being honest, i know its unpleasant and uncomfortable...just eat what you can  dont forget to hydrate esp with ur diarrhea! And exercise to stimulate appetite and digestion...♡♡♡

Try yogurt or probiotics. I've been all over the place with my pregnancies
