To do or not to do

I am 12wks pregnant with my 3rd child... I am debating if I should have a baby shower or not... I gave all my son things away cause I wasn't planning on anymore kids but I am preggo so what should I do... a few of my co-workers want me to have one but I feel like after two kids you shouldn't be allowed to have anymore baby shower cause its consider begging I guess... It would be a great deal of help cause I am the only one with a steady income right now...

I don't see it as begging you are celebrating a life...I guess I think of it along the same lines of a birthday you can't throw a bday party the day the baby is born so you do it before hand

Totally agree with mjoen828 ,it's a celebration not a begging party! My mom's friend has 6 kids and has had a baby shower for all! So why not!

You should BC it will help out with you need and if you're like me you get some really nice stuff you'd never be able to afford on your own

My vote is to do it. I personally view a baby shower as a party for the new life you have created and thimk everyone should have one for every child. :)

I am having #3 as well and since we gave all of our stuff away years ago (second child is 5) and with unexpected complications and cost, we decided to go a head and do it.
