37 week and 4 days.. I'm in the hospital they are giving me drugs to move contractions. . Any suggestion for less pain
Birth ball, take a shower when you can, walk the halls, look up different positions to labor in. Just remember is a POSITIVE and PRODUCTIVE pain. (:
Yeah, I mean its going to be painful. Thats just the natural process of it all. Try to breathe through contractions and if you cant tolerate the pain ask for pain meds/epidural.
