Intense pubic pain.

I'm 33+2 weeks pregnant with identical twin girls. I've had a lot of pain and achyness in my pubic area for weeks now... Like a pressure feeling. But today kind of out of no where I started having some very intense pain in and around my pubic area, also like sharp pains in my vagina. Like to the point it hurts walk and even as I'm laying here it hurts. I'm a ftm, any one have an idea of what the cause of this type of pain could be and if I should be concerned? TIA

Is it like ur joints around ur lady parts r sore. Hurts when u turn in bed or getting out of bed? Also when u lift ur legs or walk? If it is, its normal had it since my twenty weeks now on 36 weeks. It gets worse as the baby grows. I assume since u have twins ull probably feel it worse and sooner. It's pelvic griddle pain. Ur joints r moving

It's normal hun.
This is my 4th child I'm 29 Weeks due Nov.
The pain your feeling us just pressure on ligaments from the weight of the babies. Don't worry. It will probably start to get a little worse and more Intense as they grow. Try to rest and not walk around alot. Keeps gravity from taking effect and pulling them towards your public bone. Also if your in pain. Drink a cold cold glass of water and lay on your left side. The babies will move into a more comfortable spot. Hope that helps. Good luck!
