Utter butter, coconut oil or cocco butter mixed with a little bit of hydrocortisone cream is what my Dr told me to do with my first... I was a b cup and shot up to a d cup within the first 6 months...

I use jojoba oil... Its supposed to help reduce nipple cracking and bleeding once you start breast feeding too... But yeah, so itchy and too awkward to scratch in public!!

Don't use an otc cream without checking it with the doctor, especially if it has cortisone in it.

Are you taking any meds to prevent morning sickness?  because they can make you really intensely itchy.

I use palmers stretch mark cream and lanolin nipple cream. Seems to help a lot, especially when used right out the shower.

Try Utter Butter. It's like coco butter but without the smell and it works wonders. Keeps your skin soft without making it greasy so the stretching doesn't itch and bother you so much.
