Transverse is a hard knew. They don't usually manually turn them. Sadly I 2012 I ended up with a section bc Of this. :-( I'm trying to.decide.if I want to go vbac or repeat. I've bad both a vaginal and c section so I know vaginal is way more painful if easier recovery. I just can't decide. I go in 3 days for a vbac consult. I'm 34+2
Cat/cow yoga positions help realign baby. Your doctor may also be able to turn the baby.
It's not over til it's over...stay hopeful, lay in some if the positions that promote proper positioning...my second was heads up and ended up transverse...at least your half way there.
At 34weeks mine was head up. By 36 weeks she was head down and now at 37 weeks she's fully got her fat head locked in birthing position causing me lots of pain.
