I called my ob and got some medicine I took it before i got out of bed and ate some crackers and itreally helped. I take it every 6 hrs. Congrats on 3 babies!!!!
I was told to try seltzer water to help with the nausa. Mine happens in the morning and is really bad at night. Hope it passes quickly for her.
Ginger is great and the selling morning sickness lollipops at some stores. Good new is my doctor told me the sicker the mommy the healthier the baby!! Well babies in your case congrats
If you can afford it, Diclectin is a great anti-nausea developed for pregnancy. It helped me SO much. Some insurances cover it... Worth checking out.
There isn't much you can do about morning sickness. Keep crackers in her purse, in your cars, definitely by the bed. See if she likes ginger candies or tea to help settle her tummy.
