Trying really hard not to have a meltdown :'(

I don't think today can get any worse. Im not usually one for posting rants but I'm trying really hard to keep my cool to everybody around me. So here I vent. Thank you in advance for listening.

My friend who insisted to me on throwing me a shower hasn't been communicating, finally said this am she's going to be too busy afterall. I understand, but its a let down and I feel like a loser/too proud throwing my own now or to ask someone else

My bf scoops the litter box once a week if I'm lucky. I ask nicely every day. I don't like that it feels like I have to nag him about it. I'm not a Nagger. I don't want to be a Nagger. So I'm just silently pi.ssed all the time and disgusted and there's constantly a **** on the carpet because of it. Our son got a patio sandbox for easter. Guess what? Found some kitty *prizes* in it. So I had to nag about it because its too out of control Now.

My toddler is being bratty and clumsy. Just spilled juice all over couch. Gets up to cry about it and steps in cat puke which is now smudged into carpet. Cat puked because he ate the grass out of easter basket. Toddler keeps having tantrums and shouting.

Bf keeps emptying pockets all over house. Piles of loose change and scrap papers, his watch and necklace. All things that have a proper place. But no, leaves piles everywhere.

Dr appt this am. Showing symptoms of blood clots so have to start injections  again. Cast prob never coming off. And I'm developing nerve damage issues in my shoulder and wrist from crutches.

I know not any one thing is a big deal. But I coukd go on and on. Its the accumulated effect. And today its taking a toll.  Ugh. Sigh.

Feeling like I've been reduced to crippled maid who get no respect from a single organism in this house.

Agh the hat! Yes! What's with that!?!? Honest to god, I even hung a coat rack in our doorway, has knobs not hooks, perfect for hats... (Were in fl we rarely wear coats so the whole rack is his!) Hats on table, counter, dresser, back of couch. Lmao. I try to abide by 'pick your battles'. But eye yi yi. I soothe my soul by reminding myself if these are my biggest grievances with him than I'm still lucky.See plenty of poor dears on here dealing with worse.

Thank you ladies. I'm finally hitting the hay and saying good riddance to today! In the big picture though I can pretty honesty say, I'm 31 weeks and today was my first 'bad day' ! That's longer than I went with first pregnancy! And thanks to you all I didn't snap at anybody in person!! :) Lol.

well, good for you!! chocolate is always a solution!! lol sorry so late responding.. these headaches are kicking my butt, I deserved a nap!! lol

might as well splurge, my OB told me I needed to start putting on weight today.. been stuck at 122 lbs., but it's so hard with a colon disease. she recommended me starting the Carnation Breakfast Essentials to make sure I'm getting plenty of supplements.. which I drank when I first got diagnosed with the disease.. good thing they also come in chocolate!!! lol (((:

Aww :(  I am sorry you are having such a bad day... just relax take a nap and then start all over... if your budget allows, maybe look into hiring a housekeeper who can come help you out for an hour a week... search craigslist... they are like $20-$40 extra a week but in your case may be well worth it...

Not really. Were a bit on our own. Im almost done eating my sons chocolate bunny (hell never miss it anyway was more for sake of basket and for us anyway). When all else fails, there's chocolate.<3 lol.  I'm only up 15lbs so I'll splurge now. I think I earned it.

ohhh geeeeezzzz!! well maybe he needs a reality check of some sort!! lol not positive of what that may consist of.. but you're definitely not asking much of him at all!!

I hope he snaps out of it & realizes what all you go through on a daily basis!! no sibling, cousin, friend can help?!! you shouldn't have to resort to anyone else, but it has to be done.. "/

Thanks gals. Toddler just fell asleep on couch, (yesss!!) And just having typed all this crap out has made me feel better already.

Ahh, yes the honey do list. There's 2 of them on wall. I made it the on the 9th and its still there. I kid you not..only 5 things...1)clean toilet (after HIS shrapenal of crap went everywhere!), 2)clean litter box and surrounding area, 3)crap into garage, 4)put smoke detector back up, 5)change a/c filter.

The 2nd list was for myself. I hung it so he coukd see I'm doing my share. Mine has 15 on it, and each is a good half hour task (like clean out toaster oven, polish the fake trees)

Our junky apt a/c unit blows dust out of the vents like crazy. It lands all over the furniture. I keep filters over the vents too. He hasn't changed it in forever...so I'm dusting 3x as much to compensate. I can't get to the closet with my closet. Its not like I'm being lazy and expecting him to do everything. I'm exhausting myself doing plenty with the extra burden of broken leg !

lol I'm only laughing b/c of the way you worded some things.. like, who knew that [ t u r d ] would get blocked out lol
oh gosh, I'm so sorry you're feeling this way though!!

I do find myself reminding my fiancé to clean out the litter box too, but fortunately he's still in the phase of baby'ing me right now.. if that changes, I WILL have a meltdown b/c I myself am a control freak & he knows it!! lol

I'd let him know how I felt though, maybe make a honey-do list for him? just explain to him how stressed you are & him doing a few things would really help you & the baby out!! I'll pray for you.. hopefully he'll understand!! "/

Pile of crap in doorway waiting to be taken downstairs to garage. Luggage, Halloween, and xmas decor boxes. I mean seriously, am I the only productive person in this apt? Apparently so. How many months ago was Halloween?geeeeez. then my mom is constantly telling me how small my place is, all while cleaning out her storage unit and bringing me crap because "you can't have too much extra ....". Um ya, you can. I have 20 mismatched pillow cases now occupying one of the few closet shelves I have. But hey, you never know when that nesting will kick in and I'll just want to put 5 different cases layered up on all 4 of my pillows. Can't have too many extra.  Ughhh

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a terrible day, it sounds crappy & you have the right to be upset. Maybe try taking a nap, relaxing your mind & body from such a stressful day. Put your man in charge & lay down rules of how you want things done while your resting & by the time you wake up. Sorry you're in crutches, hope you get better soon! & yes tur.d is a hilarious word lol should not have been left out!

Go to the store and buy something called natures miracle. I have 4 cats and it has been amazing at getting anything out of the carpet. (It also works on human fluids too, vomit, feces, urine etc.) I am so sorry you are having such a terrible day
