I'm getting headaches if I don't eat enough or regularly enough, or if I get dehydrated. Maybe that's part of the problem? Also, pressure points in the wrists, ankles, between thumb and pointer fingers, at the bridge of your nose, and above your temples, help take away headaches without chemicals.

Ask your doctor first & drink lots of water (sometimes that can help headaches). I was given a list of medications I could take & Tylenol was on the list.

It's recommended that you avoid medications that are not necessary during your first trimester. I would ask a doctor to confirm. I am also in my 7weeks, first pregnancy and others have also told me to avoid Otc meds like Tylenol. Usually on the back of the med if will tell you if your pregnant you should consult with doc. Hope that helps
