Tylenol Pm is not safe. I have the same issues with sleep due to frequent peeing and restlessness.  What helps me a bit is drinking sleepy time tea. The sale it in the supermarket and it has safe ingredients like chamomile and tilo. GLUCK

Tylenol pm is safe... nothing with ibuprofen in it,cuz it can cause the babys heart to close early  which is not safe obviously n can cause miscarriages. .i took Tylenol pm my whole pregnancy n my baby n myself r healthy

Tylenol pm is safe, my doctors have recommended it several times. It's Tylenol combined with the active ingredient in unisom.

Tylenol was recommended by my dr for pain. I may take one a week. I think it wasn't recommended for sleep because you would be taking it daily.
Unisom is over the counter. I buy generic and the main/active ingredient is Doxylamine.
I had chest pains too, but my issue was what krissy mentioned.
Good luck:)

It's your body getting used to the extra blood flow, when I was very early in my pregnancy I used to get really bad heart palpitations and my chest felt like someone was sitting on it ... I can say it does get better :) I would just use the benadryl for sleep as I know its safe

Some people say its safe and others say its not I'm confused I even googled it the only reason I'm asking is cause I have not been to the doctor yet and sleeping is a real hassle for me and I been getting these chest pains that hurt and go away and come back .. And no its not heartburn nor indigestion
