Tyring to Conceive

My husband and I are trying for a baby for the past 7 months but unsuccessful. What can we take note of to increase our chances?
I have a regular and consistent cycle of period. Am taking note of my ovuluation cycle. I am also taking folic acid and vitamin supplements.

Dont have sex everyday. .. with my 1st... I had sex everyday sometimes 3 times a day and was trying for 6 months... my ob said I was having it too much and his sperm didn't have time to properly rejuvenate to get strong swimmers... dont use any lube- most have spermicide (the one I was using did)... use an ovulation kit... I also intentionally got sick right before I ovulated with both pregnancies.... the first time I got a flu shot and Dtap shot (ehich got me sick) and had sex every other day and bam- 2 weeks later found out I was pregnant... this time it only took a month... talked hubby into another baby, got an allergy shot and bam- 2 weeks later-- pregnant! I wasn't expecting it to happen that fast... and this time around we have sex on the weekends only cause of our schedules

Ok so Idk if your ovulating when your suppose to but for me I don't.... According to my LMP I would have ovulated Feb 28 meaning we would have had to concieve then aswel but to the actual date I concieve (going by the age of the baby) I would have concieved march 6 which seems a bit to far... Relax and have sex like a rabbit.... Don't stress about it.... It will happen for you.... Good luck hun xoxoxox

I also have the MYDAYS app. Great tool! I had been trying for seven months. I'm not sure if me switching to a vegan diet had anything to do with it, but after a month of eating no meat products I got pregnant.

Hang around pregnant women and hold babies. I was told the chances of me getting pregnant were slim so my bf and I never used bc. This last year my sister was pregnant and I spent s ton of time with her, was in the delivery room even. 5 women a work with are pregnant. Surprise, now I am too! Women sync up.

B6 vitamins elongate ovulation, so gives your body more days out of the month to concieve, ( 100-200 mg/day)  you can get them at vitamin stores :)

Hi actually my neighbour had the same difficulty. Finally she consulted a doctor who checked and found out she had some viral infection and got it treated in two months after which she got pregnant... so better to consult a doctor.... all the best.....

We were trying for 20 months, were using opk with no success. We both then started having regular acupuncture with a reputable fertility specialist and hey presto within 3months I'm pregnant! Don't give up!

I did all the temping and tracking, etc, but got nothing in 8 months. Bought an ovulation predictor kit as a last resort and got it on the first try. Good luck!!

Hi I'm sorry you've been having problems conceiving,  I hope you can resolve it soon. My suggestion is for you and your other half to see your GP to get tested.  Also ensure that you're living a healthy lifestyle ie daily gentle to moderate exercise, no smoking, no drinking or only in moderation.  Simplify your diet so it doesn't include packaged food and increase fruit and veg.  Whilst there is no solid evidence supporting a gluten free diet for better fertility,  testimonial wise it has many supporters, so it might be worthwhile giving this a go. Good luck,  I've got my fingers crossed for you :-)

A combination of ovulation tests and Basel temperature helped me find out I was ovulating earlier than I had expected.  I made sure to take my prenatal vitamins while we were trying, and when I knew ovulation time was coming we made sure to have intercourse everyday around that time.  It worked well for us.  I highly recommend the Clearblue digital ovulation test...it is fool proof.  Good luck...I will send wishes your way!

Been there done that girl and I know it's very frustrating!!! Finally I quit stressing and didn't ·(TRY) so hard anymore and that's what did it for me. I think trying to hard sometimes makes.it harder. Just relax and IM sure it will happen. My doctor told me that not to start worrying until you've been unsuccessful for more then a year. Good luck and baby dust!!

Start earlier in your cycle, three days after your period. Also if you can take vacation that week the lack of stress helps. I'm a healthy 29 yo and it took  me ten months. Then I went on vacation and made a tent baby.

go on a nice romantic break together and.forget about temperatures timing wtc. Just relax!! Go for nice meals, few cocktails enjoy every min of the break away. Its times lik that when u are totally at ease and not worrying or calculating that things will go your way. Hope you get pregnant soon!! xx
