leg cramps/pain

R u taking anything other than Tylenol?

Also you should try coconut water! It has alot of potassium in it as well! I don't like bananas so I liked this better!

I have to cut a banana in like 3s and put it in the freezer and when its frozen ill eat it. thats what my dr said to do. because i dont like bananas. he said his wife did that and it helped her a lot. it has been helping me. you have to do it for a week.

I eat a banana in the mornings...i need to eat one at night too?

Lol I just ate tums for heartburn...I will try them when I have leg cramps.

Eat Bananas For The Cramping. It Helps Cuz Of The Potassium In Them. That Is If You Like Them. I Had Horrible Leg Cramps One Night I Ended Up In the Er From The Severe Pain. They Did An Ultrasound to Rule Out Blood Clots Because They Can Happen But All Was Fine.

I take TUMS, I know that sounds weird, but the calcium in them help with cramps and twitching.
