Unexpected baby #3 5 weeks along.

Although my first two babies weren't planned I was ready for them, this time around we were completely taken back with #3. My question is, can high amounts of stress cause miscarriage? I don't want to lose my baby but I've been feeling intense cramps last couple of days.
