I too understand how you feel. Calming down is so much easier said than done, but it's a choice that we have to make for our little ones. I went to the doctor and they said that my blood pressure was high.  My blood pressure has been normal my whole pregnancy. I just turned 31 weeks and they think  I may have preclampsia. I've been tested for preclampsia and I do not have it but my baby is not growing so more than likely they say preclampsia will show her head  around 3 weeks from now. I am now on bed rest and I've only had one high reading for high blood pressure my entire pregnancy. I do know how you feel , so stay calm and best of luck to you and your baby... this too shall pass.

Have you had high bp during this pregnancy at all?  How far are you? I suffer with high bp with all my pregnancies. I was induced with my 1st as a result. Just try and remain as calm as you can. Hard I know. Best of luck x

Just try and relax. Don't put more stress on you or baby by being nervous. I personally have not yet had bp issue a but I'm sure its scary. Your doctor should of talkies to you about how to maintain it..
