Upper Back pain

This is my first time being pregnant and I'm only 6 weeks I woke up this morning with an awful pain in the left part of my upper back, that kinda sends this fluttery feeling to my ribs. It's fine if I don't move but everytime I get up or turn or lift my arms I'll have a sharp pain that takes my breath away. Should I be worried, an go get it checked  or is this pretty common?

My back hurt the entire first trimester. When I hit the 2nd it calmed down a lot. It still hurts just not as bad.

If ur 6 weeks pregnant u shouldn't be having any type of back pain yet. The baby weights just abt nothing to cause it. Maybe u slept work or something else. Give it a couple of days to see if it goes away.
