Urine 24 hour collection.

Has anyone had do do a 24 hour urine collection?   Im 13 weeks today and doing one and I want to elaborate on what all it is?  I know its something to do with high blood pressure.   Mine has been a little up past 2 visits so she wanted like a base check for the future?   Weird to me.... anyone input??

Oh ok.  So it is a base thing and probably check later on.  Yay thats not so bad.... never had to do this for my first pregnancy and I never had high blood pressure my little one is 16 months :/

I did one around your time and last week im 6months did it again guess it normal cause they havent called me I was giving blood pressure medicine first time on it I dont know why I got medication the same day they gave me the orange bottle to collect it

I had a few high bp before and my Dr told me I might have to do that to check for protein in the urine that is a sign of preclamsia. Good luck to you

My blood pressure is fine but I still have to do it for my 12 week appointment. Dunno.
